what is hrv?
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is the variation in time between your heartbeats. Higher HRV = greater adaptability, emotional resilience, and nervous system health.
Breathing at a specific rhythm (usually 5 seconds in, 5 out) syncs the heart, brain, and breath into a state of coherence. From this place, the body heals, the mind clears, and the inner voice gets louder.
