WHY BREATHWORK:

Breathwork offers a very safe and easy way to enter a different state of consciousness, addressing stuck emotions as daily stress, anger, anxiety or grief, bringing us inner peace, opening up for personal transformation and self-healing. As we slow down our heart rate and lower our blood pressure, we create a deep feeling of relaxation and space to fully open up and let go. Re-connecting to our authentic-self and rebalancing the mind while detoxing our body and strengthening our immune system.

my breathwork story:

My first experience was 2016 in Thailand joining a 45 mins re-birth breathing session and feeling the weight on my shoulder finally being lifted. Never will I ever forget the gentle force of breath, how it cracked me open and all my accumulated tears seemed to be freed. From Sympathetic finally into Parasympathetic mode allowing me to regain strength for the madness that was about to unfold. My mum's passing 10 days later. 
In 2020, being forced to find real freedom - the one within,  I found back to my breath. My power. I would find my self breathing tears every Sunday for 1 hour,  taking 20 mins sessions before difficult family "meetings" & align my self daily simply through breath awareness.
After a summer full of Conscious connected breathing I signed up for my 400hr breathwork facilitator training with Alchemy of breath.  8 months of trauma work, (was only the beginning) unimaginable layers of accumulated grief and pain held in a safe container of kindred souls whose commitment to inner work & in service to share the healing power each and every breath carries. 
I finally got a taste of real community, the power of shared vulnerability and a space where authenticity in all its facets were welcome. Where feelings like anger, where the endless tears, fears, self doubts were welcome, honoured and compassionately re-integrated. Recognised as ones truth.
