My story 

I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator (400hr) & a Certified Sound Healer Practitioner licensed by the School of Natural Shamanism & accredited by the international practitioners of holistic medicine (IPHM). I also got my 200hr YTT with Jim Harrington in gorgeous Cape Town. 
My curiosity and quiet frankly my sorrow got me yearning for the deeper meaning of life. Witnessing my dad’s unapologetic belief & trust in the good nature of our essence & life itself, his unwavering commitment to my mum until her last breath allowed me to deeply anchor in optimism throughout the hardship we were facing as my beautiful Mama Bettina was battling cancer. Watching my dad practice  “Jin Shin Jyutsu”  (Japanese healing art) throughout my upbringing I was inspired to take my headaches,  period cramps & soar throat into (literally) my own hands early on. 
Trust in the divinity and goodness of life were planted, books around the house reminded me of our infinite possibilities & cultivated an awareness for the power of my thoughts & words. Effortlessly I delved into the mystery of life in complete denial of the essential darkness, bypassing my pain, my grief, my anger & sadness. My world turned upside down when one day to the next I  became a motherless daughter, I put my backpack back on, tended to everyone else’s needs but my own, put a smile on and told my self and everybody else that “I was fine”.  Unconsciously denying my soul's growth until I could no longer hold the disconnect of my truth, the truth of all my unfelt sorrow, sadness, pain.. the truth of all my feelings - ALL OF ME
Luckily I had the privilege of time to dive into my suppressed emotions & open the doors to my accumulated grief & anger through different healing modalities, traditions, teacher plants & my fortunate teacher trainings.
Still on my own path of re-membering my self back into wholeness, still dealing with road (not only road) rage, still disassociate at times but finally meeting my self with more compassion and understanding. Learning to embrace all of it to be a part of my ever evolving, growing, transitioning, radiant being. Come join me on re-membering the self back into wholeness.
