A 40 DAY HOMECOMING. SELF DEVOTION THROUGH RADICAL HONESTY
Daily breathwork practice
A 15-minute guided session of conscious connected breathwork (CCB). If you would like to deepen your breathwork practice - this can be the anchor you return to again and again during our 40 days together.
You can use it each morning to open your energy for the day, or anytime you feel scattered, heavy, or disconnected. Even just 3 minutes of this practice creates a shift.
What this practice does:
Regulates your nervous system → bringing you back from stress into grounded presence.
Clears stagnant energy + emotions → so feelings don’t get stuck in the body.
Expands oxygen + circulation → giving you more vitality and clarity.
Opens access to intuition → when the mind softens, truth has room to rise.
It’s not about getting it right, achieving anything or becoming someone “better”. It is about devotion, every breath a conscious choice to return back to self, back to truth. Be gentle and curious. Nothing else you have to do but breathe.
Let this be your first ritual. The breath will hold you steady in the days where you want to run, avoid, or numb out. Come back here. Again and again.
Your Grounding Meditation
Here is your daily meditation practice — a 12-minute guided journey into grounding, presence, and opening to receive guidance. This meditation is designed to prepare you before journaling, softening the mind and rooting the body so truth can rise with clarity.
Begin with intention.
Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Bring your journal and a pen. Light a candle if it feels right. If you can’t be in nature, take your place in front of your altar — your resource point, your mirror, your ground.
Sit comfortably. Drop into stillness. Let your body settle and your breath arrive naturally. This is not about performance. It’s about presence.
What this practice does:
Grounds your energy → steadying your body and nervous system.
Cultivates presence → quieting the mind so you can actually hear what’s beneath.
Opens your field to receive guidance → whether it comes as intuition, imagery, or sensation.
Creates ritual → a clear threshold that signals: I am entering sacred space now.
This is your threshold ritual. Let the meditation hold you. Arrive fully. Listen deeply. When you pick up your pen after, you’ll be writing from truth, not from noise.
