I create transformational spaces through a symbiosis of breathwork, sacred sound and teacher plants to re-connect individuals to the wisdom and guidance each and everyone carries deep within. By regulating your nervous system through different practice you learn to cultivate your own sanctuary within where profound healing & a remembrance of your power and limitless potential takes place. For years, I hid behind “being humble”, doubted my gifts, lacked inspiration. “I’m not ready.” “I’m not enough.” “Who am I to do this?” ruled my story.

The past six months have changed everything.

2025 has been a season of deep transformation, probably the most challenging time of my life but the richest in self exploration. I hit roc bottom over and over again until I became stick and tired of my own sh*t. I’ve faced the parts of me I used to avoid, my darkness. The insecurity, the jealousy, the limiting beliefs that kept me disconnected from my power and authenticity. And in doing so, I reclaimed something essential: trust in my self.

Behind this offering is alot of love, determination, effort and time invested from the facilitator side, please keep in mind that small business don't have the audience to hold these spaces for the bare minimum as the audience is (for now :))) way smaller.

  • Most days you’ll need 15–30 minutes. Journaling + breathwork + reflection. Think of it as a daily self-care ritual, a pause not another task. The bare minimum it will take is 15 mins journaling.

  • There’s a private Telegram group for daily support, questions, and sharing. You’ll feel held and you’ll be reminded you’re not alone.

  • Yes. Everything shared is rooted in nervous system awareness, emotional safety, and honoring your personal pace. You are always in choice.

  • Not at all. We’ve got folks joining from all over. The live sessions are scheduled to be as accessible as possible, and replays are always available.
