Here is your daily meditation practice, a 10-minute guided journey into grounding, presence, and opening to receive guidance. This meditation is designed to prepare you before journaling, softening the mind and softening your body so truth can rise with clarity.
Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Bring your journal and a pen. Light a candle if it feels right. If you can’t be in nature, take your place in front of your altar.
If your body allows, come into a comfortable seated position with your spine naturally upright.
You might place a folded blanket or cushion under your sit-bones to gently tilt the pelvis forward and support the natural curve of your spine.
Rest your hands softly on your thighs or in your lap. Let the shoulders melt down, the jaw unclench, the eyes soften.
Drop into stillness. Let your body settle and your breath arrive naturally.
What this practice does:
Grounds your energy.
Cultivates presence in the body.
Quiets the mind so you can actually hear what’s beneath.
Opens your field to receive guidance whether it comes as intuition, imagery, or sensation.
Creates ritual.
A 15-minute guided session of conscious connected breathwork (CCB). If you would like to deepen your breathwork practice - this can be the anchor you return to again and again during our 40 days together.
You can use it each morning to open your energy for the day, or anytime you feel scattered, heavy, or disconnected. Even just 3 minutes of this practice creates a shift.
What this practice does:
Regulates your nervous system
Clears stagnant energy + emotions so feelings don’t get stuck in the body.
Expands oxygen + circulation giving you more vitality and clarity.
Opens access to intuition when the mind softens, truth has room to rise.
It’s not about getting it right, achieving anything or becoming someone “better”. It is about devotion, every breath a conscious choice to return back to self, back to truth. Be gentle and curious. Nothing else you have to do but breathe.

Feeling overwhelmed after journaling? Ungrounded?
6-minute guided journey with Mama Gaia into grounding, presence, and trust. In this practice, you will be guided to grow roots deep into the earth, releasing what feels too heavy to carry alone, and allowing it to be held by the unconditional love of Pachamama.

A short but potent practice you can return to again and again during our 40 days together.
This 15-minute sound journey is designed to help you shift anything that might feel stuck. It is not ment to be beautiful at all times - vibration has to power to cleanse and clear so I invite you to welcome whatever comes up with compassion. Through vibration, rhythm, and silence, sound gently realigns your system on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
You can use it in the morning to anchor your day, in the evening to soften into rest, or anytime you feel scattered, heavy, or disconnected. Even just a few minutes of receiving sound can bring you back into balance.
What this practice does:
