Hi my name is Juliana.
I’m a certified 400hr Breathwork Facilitator a certified Sound Healer & Practitioner of Natural Shamanism through the School of Natural Shamanism and IPHM and completed my 200hr YTT with Jim Harrington in Cape Town.
After losing my mum with 23 & years of ignoring accumulated grief & suffering I finally found my way to face the grief, pain and emotions I had been avoiding for years. Through breathwork somatic practices plant teachings and continued study I’ve been finding my way back to myself with more honesty and compassion. Now I help others do the same re-connecting with their bodies their truth and their own sense of wholeness.
Today I create transformational spaces through a symbiosis of breathwork, sacred sound and natural shamanism to re-connect individuals to the wisdom and guidance each and everyone carries deep within. A space where trauma & neglected feelings can be integrated & held in love and compassion.

An intimate one-to-one online session tailored to your unique needs. A pause from the noise of your daily life so your system can finally exhale. From the comfort of your own space, we reset your nervous system through the breath and create a space where of peace and calm.
Each session begins with a check-in to understand exactly where you are and what support your system needs most. The beauty of holding virtual space is you can do so in a familiar environment, allowing your nervous system to soften, unwind, and settle more easily.
After the session, you receive tailored journaling prompts and integration tools.
No experience is required
Perfect if you want to go deeper than a single session but aren’t ready for the full immersion.
This 5-session breathwork journey offers a structured space to consistently return to yourself, soften your system, and build real momentum. Each session begins with a brief check-in to meet you exactly where you are; what’s present, what’s alive, what your system is holding.
Five sessions allow your system to track change over time: patterns surface, emotional residue clears, and your capacity for presence strengthens. This is the perfect container if you want to dive deeper, taking accountability through consistency without committing to a full long-term immersion.
You’ll receive integration tools and journaling prompts after each session to anchor the shifts between sessions.
Your 5-session package is valid for 6 months starting from the date of your first session, and you may schedule each session whenever it best supports your process.
